Why do I have to register before I checkout?

  • We need to make sure that we deliver to your area that is why your Address is an option to add in the registration steps. 
  • It also helps us work out the delivery information and stock. 

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

  • Upon registering with us, we will automatically check your address and location and display the stores that deliver to your area.

What is the minimum order value?


Every Store has their own minimum order, on average a minimum order is 20 euro.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Every Store has their own preferred method of payment.
  • However we do accept the following - Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, Paypal , Cash  can be paid to our drivers upon Delivery.

How do I check out my order?

  • You will need to select the 'Checkout' button in the top right-hand corner of the page. 


Can I book a delivery before I've placed an order?

  • In this case, you will need to first schedule a time slot before placing your order. 

How do I book a delivery?

  • Click the 'Schedule Order' link in the bottom left-hand corner of your page. You will then be asked to confirm your Delivery Address which will be at the top described as ‘Delivery Details’.



Where can I find my order details?

  • You'll find an ‘Orders’ link under your Account when you sign-in, which is placed at the Top right of the Screen with your Profile name. Once you select your profile, there will be the ‘Orders' button. Upon selecting, all your Orders will be displayed with their unique ID with the necessary details such as products bought, price,  order time and schedule time. Click on the Order ID you wish to view, either it being the existing or previous orders and this will prompt you with your orders details.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

  • When you've successfully completed an order, on the top right hand corner you will see Order Successful, by this you will also receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. A notification bell is also displayed near your profile name to notify you when orders are placed, dispatched and completed

Can I print my order?

  • Yes you can. Navigate to the ‘Orders’ section of your page, select your Order ID - right click and choose the print page. You will also receive an email confirmation with your Order ID in a PDF Format, this may also be printed.

How do I cancel an order?

  • Sign in to your account and chat with our team, we will manage the cancellation of the order.

Can I reorder with a previous shop?

Yes you can, and it will save you time too. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Sign in to your account and click on the 'Orders' tab.
  • Find the order you wish to re-order.
  • Click 'view' to open the order.
  • Now select 'Order again' in the top right-hand corner of the box. 


How do I find products?

There are a few different ways you can search for products:

  1. By category. Once you select a Store All Categories will be displayed with their product items. After clicking the category you're looking for, you may also search the Product in the ‘Search Bar’ that is displayed on top of the Categories and products section.
  2. Product search. You'll find a search box on the top of the page with a search field search box, select the product you wish to search and select the search icon and all products will be filtered.
